New Media Learning has been making technology available and accessible with a special focus on youth for the last 30 years. We began VARLibraries in 2016 as a clearinghouse for libraries to share best practices in the installation and use of virtual and augmented reality technologies in libraries, We are the project coordinator for the California Virtual Reality Experience.
We have assembled a team of professionals familiar with transformational technology change and forging partnerships with the emerging technology and content providers for this exciting new commuting platform of Virtual and Augment Reality.
Libraries are positioned to be one of the catalysts for community engagement and VAR content development. We work with many State and local library networks to develop the resources to make immersive learning a fun and meaningful experience.
